Bio: Michael Mendoza joined CANFSA in January of 2017 after completing a Master’s degree in additive manufacturing. The PhD objective is to characterize Linear Friction Welding (LFW) microstructure and perform tensile and fatigue test to individual microstructural features to understand better the fundamentals in LFW. From his personal perspective he likes to share time with his friends that are not related at all with material science, healthy food and meeting new people with different background.
